Is the inn in Boonville or Philo?
We are in Philo on Highway 128. Boonville is an easy drive east for dining, shopping, and events.
Is Anderson Valley Inn a good base for Hendy Woods State Park?

Do rooms have kitchens?
Kitchen amenities vary by room. The Anderson Suite includes a full refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee setup. Standard rooms include a coffee station, and guests may use the shared mini refrigerator in the common area. See our room descriptions for details.
Does Anderson Valley Inn have air conditioning?
No. Our guest rooms currently do not offer air conditioning.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. We provide complimentary Wi-Fi in our guest rooms. Anderson Valley is rural, so cellular coverage may vary by carrier and location.
Is breakfast served at the inn?

What is the pet fee?
Our pet fee is $25 per pet, per night.
Can pets be left alone in the room?
No. Pets may not be left unattended. We ask owners to keep pets under control, clean up after them, and prevent damage or disturbances.

How does check-in work?
We use contactless self-check-in. Although there is no innkeeper stationed on-site, our nearby team is available by phone or text. Follow the arrival instructions sent with your reservation, or visit our About and arrival page.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Please contact us in advance if your arrival timing changes.
Does the inn provide daily housekeeping?
To respect your privacy, our team does not automatically enter rooms during a stay. Please contact us if you need fresh towels, linens, supplies, or other assistance.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is not allowed inside guest accommodations. Please follow all posted property rules.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the rate and reservation selected. Please review the conditions shown before payment, in your confirmation email, and on our policies page.
Can a reservation be moved to another date?
A reservation may be moved once when the request is made at least 48 hours before arrival, subject to availability, rate differences, and the reservation terms.
Are there special terms for groups?
Large-group reservations are subject to a 30-day cancellation policy. Please contact us before reserving multiple rooms so we can confirm payment and cancellation terms. Additional details are available in our group and stay policies.
Can the inn host events or large gatherings?
Events and large gatherings require a full-property buyout and advance approval. We are best suited to lodging wedding and event guests rather than serving as the event venue itself.
Does the inn accept cash?
We are a cashless property and accept major credit cards.
